           BEST KVK AWARD BY OUTLOOK GROUP

                 ivyayan Krishi Vigyan Kendra has once again been awarded as the best KVK(Krishi Vigyan Kendra)
                 of the country by the famous Outlook Group on 24th February, 2020, in the ICAR, NASC Complex,
          DNew Delhi out of 700+ KVKs in the country. The award was given on the occasion of ‘Outlook
           Agriculture Enclave’ organized by Outlook Group
           The award( Memento only) was received  from Sri Narendra Singh Tomar, Hon’ble Minister of Agriculture
           and Farmer Welfare, Govt. of India in the gracious presence of Hon’ble Agriculture Ministers of three states
           viz. Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Hariyana.  The selection at the zonal level was done by the ICAR
           and at the national level  by the jury of the Award included Sri Sanjay Agarwal, IAS, Secretary, Ministry
           of Agriculture and Farmer Welfare, GOI, Dr. T Haqu, Ex-Chairman, Commission for Agriculture Cost and
           Prices; Sri Sandeep Nayak, Managing Director, National Corporation for Cooperative Development; Sri. R.
           S. Sodhi, Managing Director, Gujrat Cooperative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd; Dr. A. K. Singh, Dy. Director
           General, ICAR, New Delhi; Sri Harveer Singh, Editor, Outlook.
           The award was given on the basis of exemplary and outstanding work done by Divyayan KVK in the field
           of
           1.   Organic cultivation (Two Cluster of Villages in Angara Block have been developed as Organic Cluster
               and Development of Dhurleta Village as the First Organic village of Jharkhand).
           2.  Promotion of indigenous scented rice variety (Indigenous scented variety of Jharkhand like  Bhutku,
               Tulsi Mukul etc. now being cultivated organically by around 800 farmers of Ranchi and its adjoining
