Physical Training Prayer By Students
On the basis of the survey, necessary aid like dari, black board, chalk, map, globe,, books, bags, shoes,
emergency lighting system, chairs, sports items
like footballs and skipping ropes, honorarium to
teachers etc. were provided.
In the same line, with the financial assistance from
‘The Souls Divine’ group through Vivekananda
Vedanta Society of Chicago, a welfare programme
for Birhores (Primitive Tribes) and poor people
near Ranagmati was carried out. Under this
programme 5 centres were established out of
which 4 centres are in Tamar Block of Ranchi District
and 1 centre is in Arki Block of Khunti District. The
programme covered 100 children beneficiaries.
Emphasis was given on physical, mental and Teachers’ Training of Akhandananda Coaching Centres
intellectual development of the beneficiaries. They
were provided with nutritive refreshment items and
for education copies, pens, papers were provided
on the need basis. Honorarium was also paid to the
teacher in-charge of the centres.
NIOS linked Vocational and Moral Education at
Divyayan KVK

Since, the Ashrama believes that education is
indispensable for human development and knowledge
is the gateway to quality of life, it was decided that
those youths, who are undertaking training (long
duration vocational courses) at Divyayan, should Yoga By Students
