be given the opportunity to register their names
for secondary and senior secondary courses of
National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) along
with multi skill vocational courses of Divyayan &
also of NIOS.
During reporting year 2019-20, 02 students
have been enrolled in Secondary and 13 in Senior
Secondary courses of NIOS along with vocational
courses of Divyayan. Thus a novel approach of
synergy - i.e. integration of skill development
education and formal education along with moral
and spiritual education (Vidyalayi Siksha, Karigari
Siksha and Naitik & Adhyatmik Siksha) continued Coaching Centre for Birhores Children
to be implemented at Divyayan with a view to
help youth become responsible and self reliant
citizens of our motherland as envisaged by Swami
Vivekananda.
Library (Partially sponsored by Department of
Sports and Youth Affairs, Govt. of Jharkhand)

This static library has a suitable building of 4000
sq. feet (approx). It has 22,723 books as on
31.3.2020 to cater to the needs of all ages. It is a
unique and only free public library, in this part of
the city and provides its services mainly to school
and college going students and to those who Synergy of Formal-Vocational-Moral Education
prepare for the various competitive examinations.
This library is very popular among students of Ranchi University, Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda
Educational and Research Institute and research scholars because of its quiet environment and availability
of large spectrum of reading material on wide and varied subjects. The library was visited by 18046
readers during 2019-20.

Many students, who desire to compete in different examinations, prepare themselves with the help of this
library and use it as a study centre. A large number of such students are getting success in their efforts
with the reading facilities they get from this library.
